Self erect porches
Our self erect porches are designed in a way to
make them easy to assemble for someone with basic diy skills. All are
complete, all that needs to be done is to create a base to sit the
porch on, this can be either a concrete base or a brick built base.
All porches are full height, half panel, half glazed, including a
standard door with high security locking mechanism, shoot bolts and
rhino hooks. Modular polycarbonate low pitched roof for ease of
instalation, one window opener, screws, fitting instructions etc,
guttering and full height downpipe included in price. Extra downpipe
etc can be purchased seperately. Lead flashing not supplied.
The porch above is based on a maximum size of 2.5 Mtrs width x 1.5
projection x 2.1 high. The door position can be moved left or right or
even on the side projection. Extra opening windows can be added at a
cost of £50 each. We will liase with customers as to door, panel and
window positions.
The porch above is £2300 inc. Delivery is £25 within a 10 mile radius
of Chesterfield, and charged at £1.00 a mile thereafter. For example; a
100 mile delivery would cost £115 the first 10 mile is £25 and then 90
mile at £1.
A fitting service is available for either porch , base or both.
